  1. Hi,

My name is Stuarrt Reesor, we are developing a parcel of land west of Kingston Jamaica with a total of roughly 300 homes and I am interested talking about how we can work together. one of my immediate questions would be are your houses Cat Five Qualified?

Thanks for your time I can be reached at stuarrt.reesor@reesorreno.ca

  2. Hi Stuarrt,

Great to hear your interest and project in Jamaica housing market. A category 5 storm is very powerful and consist of winds above 135 knots (155.4 mph, 250.0 km/h).

The block and steel construction would be the best option for homes where storm winds may be that strong. KVC prices per model in block and steel is still superior to all on the market.

Vid of what a storm may look like:

    • They can. However if you read the entire article concrete and steel in respect to price point based on quality but low cost construction fees works out better.

      • Hi my name is Cassandra Smith . I am interested in building a small house on my property and I will like to get some information on the cost can you get back to me as soon as possible .Thank you

  3. Do you do home improvement construction? We would like to extend our home but already has plan which is being approved by the Parish Council.
